The rental agreement is for short term holiday occupation only, between the agreed dates.

Telephone or email bookings will be kept for 3 working days, whilst awaiting a 20% deposit.

The booking will be confirmed by email on receipt of the 20% deposit.

The balance of total payment is due six weeks prior to commencement of holiday.  If the balance is not received four weeks prior to commencement of holiday, I'm afraid the deposit may be forfeited and holiday cancelled, unless special arrangements have been agreed.

All cheques should be made payable to Mrs A Richardson.

The cottage is available from 4 p.m. on the arrival day, and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure to allow changeover and cleaning although earlier arrival may be available subject to the cottage being empty before your stay. 

Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.

No under 18 age groups without a minimum of one supervising parent. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if this condition is broken.

Maximum occupancy of the cottage is normally 6, unless a special exception has been agreed. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if this condition is broken.

Only the pre-agreed numbers of people may occupy the cottage during the rental period. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if this condition is broken.

Prices listed are for up to 4 people.

The price includes all bed linen and towels, electricity and gas.

Reasonable care should be taken of the property, its furniture, fixtures and fittings. We reserve the right to charge for the replacement or cleaning of any items that have been subject to unreasonable damage.  We reserve the right to charge additional amounts for excessive cleaning and any damage.
